I was born in Durban, South Africa and moved to Canada when I was 7 years old. I have spent most of my life in Kelowna, where I attended UBC Okanagan and received both a Bachelor of Arts degree as a Sociology major, as well as a Bachelor of Education degree. I am passionate about building community within the classroom, taking learning outdoors, fostering critical thinking skills, and creating an environment where all students feel valued and loved.
I am so excited to be teaching at KCS, a place where students can be educated both in mind and heart as they grow in their understanding of how deeply they are loved by the Lord.
My husband Jordan, KCS alumni, and I love to spend time together in the outdoors, especially on sunny days near the water.
